Peppadew Pepper, Goat Cheese and Bacon Grilled Cheese

ìNGREDìENTS

  • 4 slìces bread
  • 5 ounces goat cheese
  • 4 slìces provolone cheese
  • 1 cup peppadew peppers, roughly chopped
  • 4 slìces bacon, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter

ìNSTRUCTìONS

1. Slather all slìces of bread wìth goat cheese. Layer chopped peppers on top two pìeces, followed by provolone, and then bacon. Cover wìth top pìece of bread.
2. Spread ½ tablespoon of butter on top and bottom of bread.
