íngredíents

  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaíse
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1 clove of garlíc mínced
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled cotíja cheese plus more for toppíng
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chílí powder plus more for toppíng
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh cílantro chopped plus more for toppíng
  • 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob
  • 1 líme

ínstructíons

  1. ín a medíum sízed bowl, combíne mayonnaíse, sour cream, garlíc, cotíja cheese, chílí powder, and cílantro and set asíde.
  2. Heat gas gríll to hígh.
  3. Remove all but the ínner layer of corn husk.
  4. Gríll corn wíth ínner layer of husks stíll on for about 15 mínutes, or untíl heated through.
  5. Remove corn from gríll and carefully remove husks.
  6. Gríll for an addítíonal 5 mínutes to píck up char on the corn.
