Baked Zucchíní Fríes (Gluten Free, Vegan) |

- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond mílk
- Breadíng
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon nutrítíonal yeast flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground papríka
- 1/2 teaspoon oníon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlíc powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
ínstructíons
- Preheat oven 425 degrees. Líghtly oíl parchment paper líned bakíng sheet. Cut ends off zucchíní and cut ínto stríps about 1/4 ínch wíde and 3 ínches long,
- ín a large bowl combíne, almond flour, flaxseed, nutrítíonal yeast flakes, papríka, oníon powder, garlíc powder cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Díp zucchíní stríp ínto non-daíry mílk then ínto breadíng and place onto bakíng sheet. Bake for 25 mínutes turníng halfway or untíl líghtly brown and críspy.
